Processing Time

All jewelry is handmade with care in Estonia.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom and personalized orders are usually completed within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

If there is any delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

I currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

🇪🇪 Estonia: 1–3 business days
🇪🇺 European Union: 3–10 business days
🌍 International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or postal delays.

Tracking

Most orders include a tracking number.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

I cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact me. I will do my best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
